Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible between 14.00 / 2:00 PM and 20.00 / 8:00 PM and Check-out until 11:00 AM. Other times are always in consultation, a surcharge may apply
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel and change free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. After that we charge 50% of the reservation.
Payments
We accept payment by bank transfer only. If you are staying with us for the first time or making a reservation worth €1000 or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The outstanding amount, including the deposit of €250 and cleaning costs of €100, must be paid at least 5 days before arrival.
Smoking, alcohol & drugs
Smoking is not allowed inside and outside only if butts and ashes are neatly cleaned up. Alcohol consumption in moderation is allowed, drug use never.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Children
Babys under a year old and children at least 6 years of age are welcome, but please note that our holiday home is not equipped for this. Not only with a view to possible damage, but especially in connection with safety, we do not recommend staying with children who cannot swim.
Food and drinks
We do not provide meals such as breakfast, but we ensure that there is always something tasty to eat and drink ready upon arrival. All basic products (spices, oil, sauces) for cooking are present. Our kitchen is very complete. All cooking items, including the Big Green Egg, may be used, provided that you leave them clean and are careful.
Our holiday home is about a 20-minute drive from Amsterdam and 30 minutes from Utrecht. You can park in the general car park at the entrance. Unfortunately, our holiday home is difficult to reach by public transport. There is a bus every hour, it is better to take a taxi or public from Hilversum station. Transport from or to Schiphol Airport is possible in consultation for €100.

Parties and friends
It is not allowed to invite extra guests to the holiday home without our explicit permission. There are also no parties allowed. In connection with the neighbors and as part of the local regulations, it should be peaceful and quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
